SigmaXL is an Excel add-in for Microsoft Excel designed for Monte Carlo simulation and optimization. It allows users to measure, analyze, improve and control their service, transactional and manufacturing process. It includes Lean and DMAIC Templates and a Control Chart Selection tool to simplify the selection of SPC Charts.
